POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE.

1) Down-Payment for rentals is Non- refundable if you cancel the reservation. We may be able to offer a credit on a future rental. This depends on the amount of notice given and the owner involvements.

2) You are responsible for any damages at the apartment. We work with an Honor system.

GUESTS, YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUEST, THEIR BEHAVIOR AND ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEM. PROPERTY, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION IF THE APARTMENT WHEN YOU CHECK IN, AND CHECK OUT.
ANY ITEM BROKEN MUST BE REPORTED TO THE PERSON, OR AGENCY THAT RENTED YOU THE APARTAMENT. ITEMS LIKE ASHTRAY, REMOTE CONTROLS, TV, BEDS, SOFA, ETC.
Please respect the property and if something is broken, please report it and pay for it.

3) Expensive jewelry, computer and digital camera to Rio. Do so at your own risk.

4) Check in is at 2,00 PM & Check Out is at 12,00 Pm Noon...... We are aware a lot of the flights out are late in the day. Some as late as 11,00PM.

If you wish to guarantee the apartment until you leave please advice us at the time of reservation and you will be responsible for payment of an additional ½ day, this option will not be available if we have a reservation coming in on the day that you are checking out.

5) Noise, Our apartments are located in upscale residential buildings with upper-class Brazilian families and professionals. Please respect your neighbors, have a good time but please keep the noise down, especially after 10 PM when people are going to sleep. We do not want any complaints.

CAUSING ANY DISTURBANCE, IF THE CLIENT HAS TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT FOR CAUSING ANY DISTURBANCE, HE / SHE WILL HAVE NO RIGHT IN HAVING IS MONEY OR DOWNPAYMENT BACK. LOUD NOISE AFTER 10 PM, POLICE RESPONSE, COMPLAINTS, UNATHORIZED PARTIES, EVERYTHING THAT'S NOT ALLOWED BY BRAZILIAN LAW.
