In some Luxury apt the check in maybe at 4.00 pm
Check in is at 2,00 PM ...Check out is at 12,00 AM ( Noon )
If no other guest is expected we will try to be flexible.

We will check the availability of the apt rentals, ones we confirm with you either with an email or by phone that the apt is available you will have 48/ hr to send the down payment, usually is between 15% to 20% in some cases if is a Luxury apt or during high season such as Carnival and New Year it can go up to 50%.
Keep in mind that the remaining balance will be due at your arrival in CASH ONLY and that we do accept bills of 50 and or 100 USD and EURO of 50, 100, 200 & 500 only .

Ones we have received the down payment we will send you a confirmation receipt by email with all the important data like:

Complete address of the apartment, my contact partner in Rio de Janeiro .
