BOOKING PROCESS.

You send us an email-request at cldonati@gmail.com, concering an apartment rental.

You should specify the following:

Arrival date;
Departure date;
How many persons you are;
Singles, Couples, Kids ect .....
The number of bedrooms;
Your preferred district, Copacabana, Ipanema or Arpoador.
Your Phone Number in case we need to contact you.
Check in is at 15,00 PM ...Check out is at 12,00 AM ( Noon ) ....
If no other guest is expected we will try to be flexible... .

We will check the availability of the apt rentals, ones we confirm with you either with an email or by phone that the apt is available you will have 24/hr to send the down payment, usually is between 15% to 20% in some cases if is a Luxury apt or during high season such as Carnival and New Year it can go up to 50%.

Keep in mind that the remaining balance will be due at your arrival in Cash and we do accept only bills of 50 or 100 USD and EURO of 50, 100 & 500 .

Ones we have received the down payment we will send you a confirmation receipt by email with all the important data like:

Complete address of the apartment, my contact partner in Rio de Janeiro .
